NEW MUM

Bringing a new baby home

Gentle Help When You Need It Most

Bringing your new baby home is one of life’s most beautiful moments—but it can also be overwhelming. With family often living far away and partners returning to work quickly, many new mothers are left to manage the demands of recovery and newborn care on their own.

At Chenai Holistic Home Care, we understand the emotional and physical challenges that come with early motherhood. That’s why we offer compassionate, personalised in-home support—so you can rest, heal, and enjoy those precious first weeks with your baby.

What We Offer:

Baby Care Assistance

Whether you need help during the day or support while you catch up on sleep, our carers can assist with:

  • Feeding support (including bottle prep)
  • Nappy changes and baby hygiene
  • Comforting, settling, and holding your baby safely

Support for Mum

Your wellbeing matters too. We provide gentle, respectful support for:

  • Light household tasks (laundry, tidying, meals)
  • Emotional reassurance and a friendly, listening ear
  • Postnatal care and guidance to help you recover with confidence

Flexible Visit Options

Every mum’s needs are different. We offer:

  • Daily visits or occasional support
  • Call times starting from 30 minutes
  • Longer, live-in care options if needed

You’re Not Alone

Our team is here to take care of you, so you can take care of your baby—with less stress, more rest, and the reassurance of experienced, kind-hearted support at your side.

FEEDBACKS

What Our Service Users Say

I have 1 carer that comes in 4 times a day, I get help with my personal care and with my household chores. I think the carersare fantastic as they are always so helpful.

I started my care with 2 carers twice a day coming in to help me due to a brain injury, with the fantastic help from the carers at Chenai I was able to drop down to just 2 carers coming just once a day. Now I do not need the carers at all. Thank you for all your help in getting me back to being independent.

I have 2 carers that come into me 4 times a day, they help me with several things. This helps my husband have a little time for himself to do things he needs to do. The carers are fantastic and very helpful. We would be lost without them
