Requirements:
- Someone with managing experience within healthcare.
- A high level of providing a good service.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and the ability to think with their own initiative.
- Has knowledge on safeguarding, CQC, care assessments, risk assessments and how to compromise with the Local Authorities.
- Perform daily and weekly rotas, using People Planner, ensuring that clients are matched with suitable carers
- You will be responsible for allocating shifts in the event of absences and you will be required to cover any shifts that you are unable to fill
- Carrying out client assessments
- Handle incoming telephone calls and queries: Communicating with care workers, service users, Social Services and other professionals to ensure service users receive the best possible service
- Monitoring care workers visits, using CM200 and MOBIZIO checking that carers are logging in and that they are on time
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Level 4 in Health and social care.
- At least 2-year experience
